In NSW, contact us to prepare your Contract before marketing the Property for Sale.

In QLD, your chosen Real Estate Agent prepares the Contract when a Purchaser is secured, and we shall review and correct any errors.

Contract Signing and Exchange

In NSW, you sign and date the Contract as Vendor after the Purchaser has signed, and we Exchange the Contract with the Purchaser’s Conveyancer.

In QLD, the Agent shall send the Contracts to each Conveyancer after it has been signed and dated.

Searches, Documents and Enquiries

In NSW and QLD Contracts are prepared with correct, up to date, legislative documents in accordance with Contract Law.

Unconditional

We let you know when conditions to the Contract have been completed. 

For example, when the Purchaser has completed Pest and building reports and obtained Finance approval.

Preparing for Settlement

We set up PEXA, finalise the payout for your loan, sign electronic transfer documents and prepare settlement calculations.

Settlement

We make sure every bank account and all disbursements in PEXA are correct, all parties have signed, and the workspace is ready well in advance of settlement time.
