Welcome to Pure Conveyancing.
I am Sharon Barnes, Owner operator, Director, and Licensed Conveyancer.
Conveyancing qualifications are mandatory, however more importantly it’s about the wisdom gained from navigating a variety of situations which sets me apart from most other Conveyancers.
I have a solid background as a Licensed Certified Practicing Conveyancer since 2001 and possessing over 30 years of experience in Property Law, I bring a wealth of expertise to ensure your property journey is as smooth as possible.
I understand that every Conveyancing Contract and process is as individual as the properties involved—whether it’s vacant land, units, duplexes, or houses.
The lending landscape adds an extra layer of complexity with its diverse requirements, and Real Estate Agents provide their distinct styles to the preparation of offers, contracts, and communication.
For those unfamiliar with the conveyancing process, I urge you to seek insights from those who have. The pitfalls can be many, but with a dedicated Conveyancer by your side, challenges can be turned into successes.
I’m here to be your dedicated Conveyancer. I’ve meticulously crafted clear explanations for contracts and documents, ensuring a smooth and understandable process. My client-driven approach involves constant evolution and reviews of processes to ensure you fully comprehend your obligations throughout the entire transaction.
I am aware of the importance of a personal touch in the age of digitalisation.
While electronic tools streamline processes, continuous communication with your Conveyancer is crucial, from contract review and signing documents, to a successful settlement without the hassle.
Ready to make your Conveyancing journey seamless? Give me a call today, and let’s have a chat about how I can assist you with your specific needs.

My Career Background
My Real Estate/Legal career started at Weight & Co. Dee Why in 1986 when I worked for the legendary Mr Woodrow Weight who was the REINSW president, the first Australian to be elected World President of the International Real Estate Federation and an OBE award winner.
With my strong knowledge of Real Estate Contracts, I discovered Conveyancing was my forte and obtained formal Conveyancing License qualifications.
I started my own Conveyancing business in 2001 with just a landline phone and fax machine in my home office and steadily built a thriving business based on loyalty of returning clients, referring me to their friends and family.
Conveyancing used to be very heavily paper based, reliant on Australia Post, printing, and physical attendance at settlements with bank cheques.
I am thankful that the industry today is streamlined with an electronic process, however being by a client’s side during their most important financial experience is still mandatory importance.
Meet Mia, my Samoyed
When I was preparing for a photo shoot for my website and marketing, I wanted Mia by my side, like she is when I am in the office.
Mia is a female Samoyed, born in 2019.
I adore the Samoyed breed and Mia is my third Samoyed since 1992.
Mia lays beside my office chair or under my desk as I am working. Every few hours, she reminds me to take a break from the computer screen with a bump of her nose.
Samoyeds are naturally friendly, affectionate, kind-hearted and love people, especially children.
Dogs are incredible animals, and they teach us so much about loyalty, living in the moment, companionship, and unconditional love.
